About Vinny
I think I stand out simply because I practice what I preach. I'm in the same journey as my clients, what I learn along the way, I also teach my clients and we grow together both physically and mentally.
I enjoy the relationships I'm able to create with clients. I enjoy being a part of any clients succes stories. I enjoy the life changing experiences I've had through fitness that have carried on beyond me, to my clients and so on and so forth.
I started by first being an athlete myself and using my experience and knowledge to better those around me that wanted help.
