Here at Renew Strength Training we make FIT goals a reality. By understanding this one principle "be transformed by the renewing of your mind" Romans 12:2. What does this mean? I am a certified NASM trainer with 7+ years experience training. From on-on-one, to group and even online coaching and nutrtition coaching. I am a dietary supplment advisor. Also attended a culinary training program in order to better aid in nutrtion
