About John
My passion is helping people to get healthy and stay healthy at the same time it does not have to be too hard ,that they can have fun getting healthy with the right type of progression. Everyone is obviously different therefore each session should be treated differently. There is No cookie cutouts which I see in many training gyms and instructors..
I enjoy the interaction with my clients. Helping to motivate and teach them and at the same time they motivate me because we all have different experiences in life.. and obviously watching their progression and betterment of themselves while we work towards their goals.

I will do an interview.. talk to them about any injuries past or present... What is their medical status. Do they have high blood pressure cholesterol, etc. ? Any other physical things that we have to watch out for or work around. Injuries for example. I'll ask him why they want to train with me what is their goals short-term medium-term long-term.
