About Vicki
I specialize in 2 professions. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a USPTA Certified Tennis Pro. I have a huge passion for health and wellness and love to train all ages and levels of fitness. I have an extensive background teaching tennis, I played at the collegiate level and have taught for 16 years. I enjoy teaching students of all levels and ages. If a client is an avid tennis player I can incorporate tennis specific exercises and footwork/agility into their workout to improve their game. I also have a minor in dietetics to advise general nutrition.
There is nothing better than seeing a clients happiness and excitement to achieve a personal goal or master a new skill. Improvement whether in the gym or on the court is the most rewarding aspect for me. I love working out and tennis so my job is very fun!
