The Pilates Barre specializes in Fusion Fitness. We blend several exercise disciplines into full body workouts designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and attain new body awareness.
Our instructors emphasize core stability, proper alignment and integrated breathing patterns. Our classes define and strengthen your muscles evenly, creating a leaner appearance and improving your flexibility and posture.
Small Classes Mean More Attention
We keep our classes small -- never more than 12 people in any given class. Our certified, experienced instructors are able to give each student specific corrections and individualized attention. It's a higher level of fitness in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Private and Semi-private Apparatus Work
Students wanting one-on-one and semi private sessions on Reformer, Chair, Barrels and Tower will benefit from the knowledge of our highly trained teachers.
Our Studio
Join us in our newly renovated studio in downtown Ridgefield. We feature state-of-the-art equipment in a beautiful and serene space where working out is more of an experience than a chore.
