I had the pleasure of training with Jen 12+ years ago. During Covid I don’t feel comfortable going to the gym, but I really missed working out. Signing up for personal training sessions with Sunshine Fitness is exactly what I needed. Jen offers reasonably priced, fun, full body workouts at a local park. She utilizes a variety of equipment at each session, and with her extensive knowledge of exercise science she is quick to correct your form if needed and/or offer modifications. I am so happy we have reconnected and that I can continue my fitness journey with Jen!
