I strive and find every way to fit your style in order to meet your expectations!.In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer for everyone from teens to the elderly, my knowledge includes biology, physiology, and the psychology. I train women and men. I can train you to safely and effectively to boost your metabolism, lose excess body fat, to build muscle mass, endurance and balance and to keep motivated. I not only love what I do, I know what I'm doing.
