About Kenton
I am Coach Sip, a 4x regional, 3x state, and national, ranked #7 in USA, amateur boxing champ. Pro 2x Texas State and UBF All-American National Champ, ranked #21 in the USA. Aiming to give training that combines strength and conditioning with boxing techniques and practice. Weight loss, cardio improvement, confidence building, strength gaining, explosiveness.
Been a fitness trainer for 4yrs and a boxing coach for 3yrs. Have a passion for aiding personal development and improvement.
