About Simone
Greetings! My name is Simone, owner of SWEATGOOD FITNESS. I am an INVIGORATING, PASSIONATE, GOAL DRIVEN fitness trainer whose purpose is to not only help one achieve their fitness goals but to influence one to adapt a long-standing lifestyle change! While educating my clients on proper movements, safe techniques and nutrition is my top priority, introducing them to a deeper, holistic understanding of body activation is my goal. I believe activating the body through movement, the mind through manifestation & the soul through mantras are the keys to ensuring longevity and happiness in an individual’s fitness journey!
