I have been playing for over 20 years, 8 of those being in the college recreation and adult leagues.
I have been coaching 5-18 year olds for five years. Everyone from every skill level can improve.

Coach Reggie is very patient and understands how to develop skills appropriately and quickly. In less than two years, my son went from picking up a basketball to making the cut for his elementary school team in less than 2 years. Granted, consistent practice is critical and Coach Reggie emphasizes it even if it's just 10 minutes a day.
