About the lesson

I like to ask lots of questions for my newer students. I need to know their goals and lifestyle choices so I can properly help them achieve their goals.

I work with everybody! I have clients that are middle school athletes and I have other clients in their 60’s. I customize my approach based on each individual client.

Make sure the teacher gives you their full attention and make sure your teacher is somebody you can work with.

I managed to train my mother during the start of the covid and she lost over 15lbs. Not only did she lose weight but her energy levels are sky high.
