As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a degree in Exercise Science and 7 Years experience as an Army Infantry Officer, it’s my passion to help people meet their fitness goals. At Steel Valley Fitness we provide the space and trainers for various group classes and private training. For those interested in fitness and sports performance, we offer group strength and conditioning training and private coaching with personalized programming. For those interested in martial arts, we offer group and private classes in Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and more
