About Erin
I approach fitness with a preventative injury mindset. I want to make you move better and learn how YOUR body can feel its best. I combine my knowledge in both exercise and physical therapy to teach my clients lifelong techniques that they can use beyond our training.
I enjoy watching my clients grow physically and mentally throughout the sessions. I really enjoy them discovering different techniques that work for them.
I always loved exercise, especially running and grew a passion for helping others. I wanted to pair my own interest and motivation for working out to help others disocver their own. I started teaching a few individuals at a time and have grown a client network as well as teaching group exercise classes in the greater Boston area.

Always talk over the phone before committing to anyone. There are many trainers out there who don't have the knowledge and experience that they are speaking of. Take advantage of those who offer free intro sessions so that you can see the difference yourself.

Her workout plans are highly personalized and she is unbelievably easy to work with. I especially appreciated the amount of time she took to get to know me as a person, learn about what my physical needs were, and creative approach to accommodating them. She definitely goes above and beyond in her work. She's also very funny!
Erin's approach to fitness is like no other- she truly cares about her clients and has made a real impact on my life. Before training with Erin, I was unmotivated and felt lost in my health and wellness. Erin created a plan with goals that were actually attainable.
