About Darren
NJ’s premier Personal Training and Nutrition Studio. Masters degree in Nutrition. CSCS and NSCA Personal Training Certification with over 20 years experience in weight loss, fitness, strength training, cardiovascular/VO2 Max Training, body composition changes and injury prevention and post rehab fitness training.
I love helping people achieve their goals and help them to enjoy exercise and the results and most importantly to do it all SAFELY. It is also very gratifying to help people end their chronic pain and heal old nagging injuries. It can be life changing. I am very grateful for the opportunity to help people.

I have trained kids from middle school up through adults in their 80’s for weight loss, strength increases, bone density, injury prevention and rehabilitation, health, long distance running, athletic events, sports, and body composition changes.
Make sure a trainer is qualified and is certified by a well respected certification (NSCA, ASCM, NASM)
Make sure they have at least a Bachelors or better yet, a Masters Degree in a fitness related field.
