About
Hello! I’m Mia, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve always had a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and become a better version of themselves. I attended college and completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program. I specialize in strength training, post-rehab, and weight loss. I create personalized workouts tailored to each clients’ needs, goals, and fitness levels.
As an online trainer, I utilize Zoom to provide an easier way for clients to get a personalized workout virtually in their own home. I also offer virtual consultations and check-ins to track progress and results.
Outside of training, I coach high school and college track and field.
