About Ally
I'm passionate about helping people feel empowered and helping them to achieve their fitness goals. Whether it be weight loss, muscle growth, conditioning, or any other exercise-related goals, I want to help you be the best you can be!
Currently I'm preparing to compete in boxing. I'm also studying with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to gain my certifications in personal training. I have a Nutrition Coach certification through NASM.
Throughout the years I noticed a lot of my friends didn't know how to defend themselves. Whenever given the opportunity, I would teach them self defense. Eventually I realized how much I love sharing my sport with others and started a small business.
I'm currently training to begin competing in boxing as well as studying to become a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

First we have to go over a few questions to understand current health and any pre-existing medical conditions. My priority is your safety.
We'll figure out how much you know about boxing and then build up from there together.
I typically work with people in their mid-to-late twenties who want to box for weight loss and self-confidence.
Make sure you're comfortable with the person you're hiring. If they give you a bad feeling please trust your gut.
Ask plenty of questions to make sure they know their stuff and don't be afraid to do your own research to verify their information! Knowledge is power!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask yourself your what your fitness goals are and why you want to attain them. Is it for yourself? Your family? Your friends? Are you looking to be more confident? Are you looking improve your health? These motivators will be what will push you in your toughest workouts.
