About Kare
Fit Found assists clients on their journey to fitness of body mind soul through guided workouts, focusing on functional body movement and bodyweight exercises to increase full range of motion, muscular strength/endurance, coordination, flexibility and to enhance overall well-being. A fun, safe and effective way to move it so you do not lose it!!
What has pulled me into the exercise community is moving together with common, yet incredibly personal, goals. We champion each other. Its a safe space, non-judgmental and supportive. We all get it. We are all in it together.
I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Behavior Change Specialist, and Functional Aging Specialist. I've been an avid runner and gym goer since my teen years. I wholeheartedly believe in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of exercise.

Asking questions! I want to know every reason my clients to have to want to exercise and every reason they do not want to. One of the last things my grandpa said to me before he died was 'I've known an obstacle to stay in your way for very long.' THIS is TRUE of all of us. We just need to hear it sometimes.

I'm reasonably priced. I want clients to exercise. I do not want $$ to be a negative variable. I charge $15 person per class or $30 for a private. I design the workouts to meet the clients needs and wants.
