About David
Hi,
My name is David. I absolutely love photography. My favorite types of photography are portrait, landscape, macro....actually, if it makes an interesting subject, I want to capture it!
I've been shooting professionally and privately for about 10 years. I definitley believe in using software to get an image to match what the eye sees. Cameras are high tech, but nowhere near as complex as the human eye. So we can help out our cameras by adjusting our images...slightly, to what ever your taste is.
Okay, so what I offer is a class for beginners. I will cover manual control of cameras only, auto is pretty simple really, but for those who are starting out, I highly recommend learning how to manually photograph, it just gives you more control and gives you a deeper understanding of how to control light. I will also cover using flash and shooting under different light conditions. We'll learn about Lightroom and Photoshop and how these tools can help your image and improve your creativity. So when it's all said and done, you'll be familiar with your camera, and your camera's manual mode, using flash, Photoshop and more.
I enjoy being creative and using gadgets and gear. I like trying to figure out how to get a good image using minimal tools too. Photography is a challenge, but with a few basic skills, you'll be creating your own individual magic in no time!!
Here's my instagram, feel free to follow and I'll follow you back! ;)
