About Nic
In may of 2017 I was hired on by John Jacobs the Regional manager of the Mercy HealthPlex as an onsite photographer who would handle multiple task. My primary goal was to help the HealthPlex build an aesthetic and recognizable brand through my photography for social media purposes. I would achieve this by creating a similar color pallet for all imagery while maintaining a feeling of community, knowledge and empowerment. My work their did not stop at just that though, continue below to learn more about my work for the Mercy HeathPlex
I have 2 years experience in photography training from Northern Kentucky University and 1 year experience in photography training from The Art Academy of Cincinnati. Aside from this I have been shooting photos since I was 16 years old and have gained a wide range of knowledge in the field through meeting other professionals and working in the field.

When working with students I like to let them express their desires with learning photography, what do you want out of this? From there we will learn the various basics of photography and then learn to apply those concepts to more complex situations. Being able to adapt and work under pressure in photography is key to a great photographer. It is a step by step approach that used to teach myself and my professors taught me. Aside from just learning how to use a camera we will also learn what impact a photo has in a social world as well as what how to understand more contemporary images.
