I initially evaluate their level of expertise and work out a lesson plan from there. Once we start I will explain the process, wirk with them during lesson time and then Ā give them challenges based on the wirk we discussed. During the following session we will do a critique. I firmly believe in lits if practice as that is the best way to learnĀ
