About Raymond
Hi, my name is Raymond. I have been teaching piano since 2005. I have a multitude of experience working with adults and children from complete beginners to advanced players. I also teach non-curricular pleasure piano for students not interested in formal training. I especially enjoy teaching adults, as it is a wonderful and refreshing experience to teach students who are self motivated to practice. My rates are $45 per hour or $25 per half hour and I teach from my home.
On a side note, I also offer piano sight-reading lessons focusing purely on developing strong music reading skills (pattern recognition, chunking groups of notes together instead of individual letters, and advanced touch recognition and visual perception. The rates for reading lessons are the same as regular lessons.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
