About Julie
Welcome! I have been offering private, personalized lessons for almost 30 years. Private lessons allow each student to learn the styles of music they are interested in while also getting a fundamental understanding of music theory.
I have a degree in Elementary Education with a Music Endorsement. I currently teach music in an elementary school and see over 500 students twice a week.
Learning to play the piano is a great foundation in learning to read music and understanding Theory. I enjoy teaching all styles of music, as well as chords.
