We have a passion for learning and teaching students who struggle because we know how it is. We think we have a good approach at explaining things on a student level and can connect and form good relationships with people.

I generally find out what they need help with and form an approach to teach them so that they can fully understand the concept.
Hire someone you can connect to and someone that can make it stick. If what your teacher said didn't make sense I wouldn't recommend going to another teacher, maybe find someone your age that understands it because they might have a different teach approach or thought process.
