About Kelly
I simply have a passion for helping young children. I started with enjoying volunteer work with young children, watching them develop new skills. Then, I helped prepare a friend's granddaughter for kindergarten through 3rd grade to build and maintain academic skills. Finally, I began teaching beginner guitar for a friend and enjoyed the process.
Graduated high school with 4.0 GPA
Associate Degree in Psychology with 3.76 GPA
Currently in final semester of Bachelor in Psychology (2022) with a current GPA of 3.76
Currently (2022) work at a daycare as a teacher relief

First, I assess where the student is currently for areas for improvement. Then, I discuss with the student their goals and I use a reward system as well as positive reinforcement to maintain motivation. Then, once I have discovered areas for improvement, those are the areas that are focused on as well as building upon the skills the student already possesses.
