About Tatyana

I like to get to know my students personality, understand their attention Spand, and what makes them excited to pay attention.
I've worked with students ages 4 to 17 years old. Recently I've been doing a lot of afterschool programs with elementary kids. And I've also worked with students with mental disabilities.
I had a student that was very quiet who never interacted with the class, or answered question's unless I called in her. Until I got to the root of what makes her happy, and she starts to be more interactive with the class and talk to me more.
