About Gina Marie
What my service stand out is how I teach my students by doing step by step process with visuals. I always make sure my students understand before we move on.
What I enjoy about the work I do is seeing the students smile and excited to learn. When I walk into my classroom, or when I do morning duty; I enjoy saying good morning to the students and how they hug me with excitement to see me. It feels amazing and I know I am doing my job.
The education and/or training I have that relates to my work is I go to professional development courses for work, I study on my own and when I went to college, I went to every development for education that the University offered for students. I also have certificates that I completed the courses.

My typical process for working with a new student is by getting to know him or her. I would see what their strengths and weaknesses are by looking at their work. I would also know what the student likes and dislikes.
