About Francesca
Over 30 years of k12 experience
1-on-1 and small group instruction
Our passion for supporting students' academic needs is our greatest asset. Understanding the needs of students from a holistic view is the foundation for success.
As an elementary student with behavioral concerns of ADHD, I had a sixth-grade teacher who had the skill set to recognize my strengths and developed ways for me to succeed. This event sparked my interest in working with students.
I have become a lifelong learner in order to help districts achieve positive outcomes for all students.

My advice would be for any district, parent, or student to seek assistance from someone who is an expert in the field they are looking for.
Ask the hard questions in order to confirm their skill set.
They must be passionate about their work and not look at it as a paycheck. The enjoyment of what they do will bring excitement to those they teach or train.
The most recent event has been the collective efforts of the school districts, private, and community companies partnering to help students stay engaged, increase positive ways to encourage parent participation in their student learning.

Our son has a difficulty working through multi step math problems and completing assignments. His teacher’s struggle assisting him as do I and I am a teacher. He started tutoring session with Ms. Sparks, and everyone noticed the improvements. In two weeks, his I-ready scores came up, assignments were turned in on time, he was not frustrated, confused, or annoyed with schoolwork as it was completed, not another stressful and unpreferred task to do at the end of the day. Thank you so much! This service has taken away so much stress and added so much peace to our lives. Thanks
