I started this class a year ago to learn some self defense tactics. In the process I have met some great people, become stronger and improved my balance and flexibility. Kung Fu San Soo has improved my wellbeing.

As a first time MA student, I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t want to be treated like a baby (although I knew about as much as one), but I also didn’t want to be in over my head with people way above my skill level.

Sifu, Dave Lorenson, is a masterful facilitator, balancing skill levels and cultivating an environment where each person can learn at their own level, while everyone’s learning is enriched by the combination of practitioners of different experience.
