What I offer to you is the chance to learn reality based street combat concepts and techniques that have been stress tested and proven effective. No bullsh#t, no smoke blowing and no tricks. You will sweat, you will be tired, it will be hard, but I try and keep it fun. You know what they say.. The more you sweat in peace, the less you'll bleed in war. 🙂

This is not any one particular system, rather it's a blend of many systems their concepts pieced together in a way that captures the essence of what really matters in a street fight, effective functionality.

A brief overview of the curriculum includes:

Hand to hand combat (including striking, trapping and ground work), knife attack defense, club/stick attack defense, gun THREAT defense, mass attack defense (aka multiple attackers)

It doesn't matter how big or small or what fitness level you're at. All are welcome who are willing to dedicate the time and put in the effort.

I very much enjoy being a positive role model and inspiring people to empower themselves.

I was a student (will always be) and after progressing I found I had a natural ability to help others in the class. Teaching made me a better student and vice versa so I kept doing it.

12+ years combatives training.

Experience w/ boxing, Kali, Muay Thai, BJJ, Krav Maga, Haganah, R.A.T. system.

Certified Black belt in Street Combatives

About the lesson

Foundations. How to move your body, proper mechanics and most importantly mind set.

First I'll evaluate where you are currently, discuss where you want to be and then tailor a plan that fits the individual.
