About NIKITA
FT Trainings company trusted by more than 65k soccer players and coaches on Instagram ( (concealed information) ). Every FT' coach has more than 15 years experience in soccer, graduating from the top youth academies in Russia like Spartak Moscow and Konoplyov Soccer Academy, playing professionally in European championships and coaching elite soccer players like Alex Zinchenko from FC Manchester City, Ze Gomez from Benfica FC and others. Our online programs are widely spread and trusted around the world. FT Trainings is officially partnered with SKLZ and Puma sport companies that help us in providing the high-quality services and making client's experience super effective. Our brand's coaches travel a lot and we train athletes in different cities around the world, from 15th of October to 15th of December we are going to be in New York City and welcome everybody who wants to train like a PRO and improve himself as a soccer player.

Played 12 years for the top youth soccer academies in Russia (Spartak Moscow, CSKA Moscow, Torpedo Moscow);
Played for Russia Youth National Team U-18, U-19;
Played professionally for CF Gabia Spain the 4th Spanish Devision (farm-team of Granada CF ).
Played professionally for FC Rabotnicki in Macedonian Premier League.
Winner of Nike Most Wanted program 2014 from Russia (played one month in Nike Soccer Academy in London)
Winner of Russian Nike Scouting Program K11
We strive to give the best soccer training experience to our athletes by giving the best of our knowledge and by implementing innovational tools like IPads for space awareness trainings, SKLZ soccer equipment and others. The draft plan of our training is:
-10 min warm-up
-10/15 min physical development drills ( we're working on agility, changing direction, speed and explosiveness)
-25/30 min technical development drills (improving your passing, different types of dribbling, ball receiving, shooting and etc)
-15/20 min real game scenario or position specific drills.
- 5 min cool down.
On each session there are two FT Trainings coaches.
