About Qiana
Want to help your young soccer player build self-confidence on the field, technical ability with the ball and game IQ?
I am an international athlete who has traveled the globe training with top notch coaches and playing the sport with world class teams.
Each soccer session is for 60 minutes.
Sample Session Overview:
• Efficient Movement Development-Engaging the participant in a series of fun exercises to help develop proper running form, quick twitch muscles and safe change-of-direction movements
• Did You Know-Utilizing water breaks to bring the student up-to-speed on an important topic from current and/or past sports history as a tie-in to the day's lesson
• Technical Ball Handling-Working with the athlete on first touch, passing, dribbling and movements to, with and away from the ball
• Cool Down-A balance and flexibility module that is sure to generate quite a few giggles. We'll also recap the main takeaways from the session

I have spent 9+ years training abroad with elite trainers and playing with world class clubs/athletes.

I speak with the parent to determine what their expectations are for working with me. From there, I create a tailored plan for the athlete's goals.
I've worked with athletes ages 4-35. From beginners to seasoned players, I like to find fun ways to help them improve every session.
I would suggest athletes find a trainer who is a constant learner, has experience playing the sport outside of the United States and is flexible in their teaching approach. Every style is not suited for every player.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Each athlete should ask themselves where do they see themselves with this activity 1 yr, 5 yrs and 10 yrs from now. It will allow them to set an expectation level for what they hope to achieve.
