True all out baller. Not only does he know how to play ball extremely well, but he takes the time and effort to show other players his tricks of the trade off the field. He motivated myself along with others to still play baseball. When I was done with college ball, thought my career was over, Jesse helped me extend my baseball life. He showed my skills to scouts across the globe, I was playing in Europe 3 months later. All I can say, is that I’m truly grateful for having this man in my baseball life.

Jesse was an amazing part of my playing career. He is so much more than a coach who will work on analytics and launch angle. He has a wealth of knowledge and was a major reason why I was able to play at the div 1 level. He without question can help you with the physical part of the game but unlike most he will challenge and help you with the mental part as well. He won’t just put a ball on a tee or hit grand balls he will challenge you to be better and support you along the way. At the end of the day Jesse is an amazing person who will support you and what you want to accomplish!

Jesse Irwin was always the leader of athletic activities, both unorganized and organized leagues in our neighborhood.
He would always be the power player in any game, for baseball to basketball, but would always take the time to help other players to improve their game. His competitiveness was contagious and would always inspire others to try harder to be the best player they could. He was patient, especially with the younger players and very knowledgeable about the fundamentals of all sports.
