About Caroline
Each lesson is totally customized to what the trainee needs. Able to work with a wide variety of ages and pin point what he/she needs to work on to get to the next level. Plus, I make each lesson fun! I started playing soccer at the age of 3, played travel and collegiate soccer where we participated in the NCAA for four years.
I love seeing players get excited about something they've improved upon, no matter how old they are.
After high school, I started to train people during college breaks. After college, I continued to train people.
I've been taught my top soccer trainers in the country. Having played soccer my whole life, I understand the ins and outs of what it takes to get to the next level.

I start by asking what skills they are confident in, and what they would like to work on. If he or she is unsure as to where they are at, I like to run through exercises where I can see where extra practice may be needed. I also work on speed and agility training to assure that it a lesson where we are working every muscle, in addition to soccer skills.
I've worked with people as young as 5 years old to people who are 21 years old.

Very experienced and really takes her time to teach you no matter your skill.
The best trainer! Super friendly and easy to learn from. She taught me a lot of fundamentals about the game I didn’t know, and also a lot of pretty advanced techniques too. Would definitely recommend Caroline to anyone at any level!
Caroline is a fantastic teacher. Her knowledge of the game is vast. She not only helped me get into soccer shape but gave me drills to take home and master. Would highly recommend to for any skill level.
Caroline has an excellent understanding of the game of soccer. She was extremely patient with me, but yet still pushes me to get better. I feel as though I truly improved my foot skills and my intelligence of the game!
Coach Caroline was great! Training with her was not only fun but very motivating! She is a great role model and I learned so much from her! I hope to be a great player like her!!
