About Allison
I know from personal experience how challenging picking up a second language can be. Studying a language is something that takes focus and dedication from both the teacher and the student. I can say with confidence that I am committed to helping students achieve understanding Spanish. I am a native speaker, I was born in Uruguay and lived there for 20 years before I moved to the U.S. Even though I had studied English for several years, being immersed in an English speaking country where I had to use what I had learned was extremely challenging and showed me how much more I had left to learn. That's when I understood the value of tutoring. I hope to bring the same value to you.
My education consists of a Masters degree in Nursing with a focus in Informatics.
