About Mario
I am currently a university student who enjoys teaching and grew up with Spanish as my first language. I first began teaching and translating when I was young because I had to help translate for my parents whenever we went out.
All during high school (4 years), I volunteered as an English conversation partner for Spanish-speakers at a local church school. My last two years of high school, I was an assistant English teacher and was compensated for my work.
I continue to be interested in language teaching. I am very charismatic and excel at being a conversational partner. I can guide students in simple lessons such as communicating during travel, at restaurants, holding basic conversations, etc. while challenging you to learn new words, phrases, and advising you how to simplify your language. Due to my lack of formal education in language teaching, I offer low rates for my services.
