About Jamie
I have worked in the field of special education for 15+ years! I have worked in Pre school up through high school. I am a very patient, dedicated and caring individual. I have a bachelors from SCSU in Special Education in the are of developmental cognitive disabilities. I have many trainings and certifications under my belt so just ask!
I love helping people achieve something they weren't able to do before. I love helping people find a new way to learn something if the current way is too hard. I love seeing that light come on when something clicks, it makes my heart so full!
I have uncles and cousins with special needs so I was exposed to a wide variety of things. I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children with special needs. When a student accomplishes something they have never done before, and that light comes on, it makes my heart so full!
I have a bachelors degree in Special Education in the area of development cognitive disabilities.
I have many trainings related to education/special education.
