I have been teaching swim lessons for 7 years now and have also coached swim team for 2 years. I really love teaching kids how to swim, because when they finally achieve their goal it makes me happy.
I am also certified in lifeguarding, CPR, AED and first aid.
I have always loved swimming and have been on swim team since I was 12 years old.
Right now I am in college studying Clinical-Counseling Psychology for all ages, therefore I know how to work with any age group. I have also taught swim lessons of ages.

When I first meet a student I want them to feel comfortable around me so we normally play water games to get them comfortable in the water at first and I ask them general questions.. ex. favorite color, food, animal, etc.
I have worked with a very wide range of students meaning, kids who have had ADHD, Austism, kids who HATE the water, etc.

My standard pricing is 5 half hour lessons for $125. And I would also split up the five lessons to at least once a week, too many lessons at one time can make a child less interested to learn.
