About Alison
I am a trilingual tutor who has helped improve results for a dozen of children while building connections with them. I believe learning can be interesting and rewarding. I often come up with interesting examples to help students understand math concepts so that students find them less intimidating.
My goal is to spark joy during the lesson while students gain knowledge in the process.

I believe in interactive teaching, where students will be given opportunity to complete tasks under guidance and example. Experience helps build neuro connections and thus speed up the learning process.
A typical lesson will be 1 hour. Different class length can be discussed before commencement.
I have 4 years of experience in tutoring children from grade 1 - 12, honed from private tutoring and tutorial centers.
My math class is aimed for primary school students who may be struggling in school.
My language classes are aimed for primary school students/ adults who wish to strengthen their skills.
My piano and music theory class are aimed for students up to Grade 5.
