About Joseph
I will get to know you before you get to know the game. Have no fear - have fun.
What I enjoy most about teaching is the cooperative process in which the student's, and the instructor's capacity to grow and learn is expanded.
I have played tennis competitively since early childhood, as well as reached a semi-professional level. I have taught tennis for nearly 4 years, with experience teaching children and adults competitively and recreationally.

First thing is first: I want to get to know you as a person, and understand how you learn.
Next thing is next: we begin with a basic understanding of the game.
Then: play begins, and teaching commences.
I've worked with students ages 5-18, as well as adults both in a competitive setting, as well as recreational setting. I've taught throughout the greater area of Los Angeles County, as well as Santa Monica County.
