About Christine
I've been playing tennis since I was 5years old and was coached by my dad. I've ran into a lot of obstacles in the tennis world (Pressures from parents, injuries etc), but I've learned to adapt and grow beyond the obstacles. I have a passion to work with all kinds of players, but speficially young players. I understand the pressures that sports can give to a young athlete and like to be a support system to help an athlete grow mentally and physically. I participated in USTA Jr tournaments and was on the San Jose State tennis team. I've coached at country clubs to academys, but enjoy private lessons the most. I feel like a coach should be like a role model and mentor. I take pride in wanting to be that for a student.
