About Jason
Volleyball is one of the most amazing experiences of my llife and have allowed me to travel the world for years. I started training 13 years ago, since I'm always studying and learning about new ways to improve my own skills. I've been part of my home country Belize National team on noth categories: Beach and Indoors volleyball for years and recently moved to Georgia. I've played in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, USA, Cayman Islands and Cuba.
I've been part of 2 countries National Teams, my own studies on nutrition and wellness led me to put interest in body mechanics and since then I keep studying and testing on myself as well as any student along the way with great results!

After the normal introduction, I like to proceed with some testing, that allows me to gauge the level of the student (vertical, ball control, speed, reflexes, stamina etc). Once I have all the Data I'll proceed to generate the best program that allows the student to see and feel the improvement with short term goal setting (nothing better than small victories).
