About Tracy
I love watching kids try this sport for the 1st time and fall in love with it. Then I really enjoy teaching them & watching them grow in the sport to go on to play it for fun and/or become a great volleyball player who may even go onto play in college!!
I work hard to help kids find their passion for the game of volleyball, while helping make them become the best player that they can be for the level they want to play. I belive in building confidence with in each player, through positive coaching!
I have been coaching for over 20 years.
Grades K-12 & more.
I work with all levels ( Beginner to Advannced ). I also have played myself for over 15 years too.

I start with an evaluation of the skills & understanding that they already have & then I will put a plan in place to help them grow in those areas.
I have worked with many kids from K thru 12th grades. From true beginners to college bound players. Some of my players have learned the game of volleyball for just fun, but majority of them have gone on to make their Jr High & High school teams & then some even on to making their college trs. I also only work with coaches that I train personally & who follow the same high standards & passion I do when it comes to coaching these kids!
Look for someone who truly wants to see you do well & will always coach at their best to get you there. Positive coaching styles & knowledge of the game through their playing experiences!
