About Matt

I work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements to produce high-quality policies and instructions that meet the standards for publication. I am a subject matter expert on the DoD Issuances Portal System (DODIPS) and the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). I wrote, coordinated, and edited multiple DoDIs for publication through the DoD Issuance Process (DoDIP). I am an exceptional professional writer with two current journal articles published. Additionally, I am a subject matter expert with NIST and CNSS publications, FISMA, and FIPS applications to cybersecurity risk management and critical infrastructure protection. I am a proven professional possessing superb analytical skill in cybersecurity research. I have an astounding ability to extrapolate from incomplete data to form efficient and effective solutions to problems. Adept at researching and constructing multiple execution methods to improve the quality and efficiency of various assigned projects.
