The first yoga classes that I took in my life were João Paulo's. I didn't know what to expect, but right after the first class I knew I wanted to attend more of them. The feeling of complete relaxation I felt by the end of each class made me want to go right for the next class. No class was ever the same, new elements were always added by João to make the lessons more exciting. For beginners and yoga enthusiasts alike I can only recommend João's yoga lessons!

I was never a big fan of yoga but when I took classes with João at my in University in Aalborg, I enjoyed it a lot! I felt challenged but still very at ease. He takes the time to explain the benefits and how to perform each exercise. He ensures that you are comfortable at each session, and at the end of each class he gave a "daily wisdom moment", which allowed me to leave the class with a peaceful body and mind. I really recommend taking a class with him, you will have a good time for sure :)
