About Pavanisudha

Hello, I’m Pavani, a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience in personal practice and teaching. My journey in yoga has been deeply transformative, and I truly enjoy helping students experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits that yoga can bring into everyday life.

I am internationally certified in 200 Hour Hatha Yoga, 500 Hour Ashtanga Yoga, and 85 Hour Prenatal Yoga. Over the years, I have worked with students from different age groups, fitness levels, and backgrounds, including beginners, prenatal students, working professionals, and individuals looking to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and personalized. I focus strongly on proper alignment, mindful movement, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation through meditation and pranayama practices. I believe every student’s body and journey are unique, so I adapt classes according to individual needs and goals while ensuring students feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged throughout their practice.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve flexibility, manage stress, recover balance, or simply reconnect with yourself, I aim to create a welcoming environment where you can grow with confidence at your own pace. My sessions are designed not only to improve physical health but also to bring mental clarity, emotional balance, and relaxation into daily life.

My approach to teaching is focused on creating a safe, supportive, and personalized space where students can connect with their body, breath, and mind. I believe yoga is not only about physical movement, but also about calming the nervous system, improving awareness, and building long-term strength and balance both mentally and physically.

In my classes, I combine Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, guided meditation, pranayama (breathwork), mobility work, and relaxation techniques to suit each student’s level and goals. I pay close attention to alignment, breathing patterns, and individual body needs while teaching. My sessions are designed to help students improve flexibility, strength, posture, stress management, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

I hold certifications in 200 Hour Hatha Yoga, 500 Hour Ashtanga Yoga, and 85 Hour Prenatal Yoga, along with 10 years of personal practice and teaching experience. I have experience teaching beginners, intermediate students, prenatal students, working professionals, and individuals looking for stress relief and nervous system regulation through yoga and meditation.

A typical class usually runs between 60 to 90 minutes depending on the student’s requirements. Sessions may include warm-up movements, asanas (postures), breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness practices. I adapt every class according to the student’s energy levels, physical condition, and personal goals.

My lessons are suitable for all age groups and levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. I aim to make every student feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their yoga journey.
