About Meltem
I'm a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their goals. I believe that every learner has the ability to succeed with the right support and encouragement and I take pride in creating a positive, relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding.
My teaching style is tailored to each individual, recognising that everyone learns differently. I focus on making lessons engaging, practical and easy to understand, helping students gain confidence as well as improve their academic performance. Whether you're aiming for top grades, preparing for exams, or simply looking to strengthen your knowledge, I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy continuous learning and keeping up to date with developments in business, leadership and education, allowing me to bring relevant, real-world examples into my teaching. I also enjoy reading, walking, swimming and am an experienced dog handler.

I am an experienced Business Studies tutor, leadership coach, and assessor with a BA in Business Management and over five years' experience supporting learners to achieve their academic and professional goals. My background spans Business Administration, Leadership and Management, and apprenticeship programmes from Levels 2–5, giving me both strong theoretical knowledge and extensive real-world business experience.
I specialise in helping students understand key Business Studies topics including marketing, finance, human resources, operations, organisational structures, leadership and strategic planning. I adapt every lesson to suit each learner's individual needs, whether they require support with GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, or vocational business qualifications.
As a qualified assessor and educator, I have successfully coached hundreds of learners through assignments, coursework, exam preparation and professional development. My teaching style is patient, engaging and practical, making complex business concepts easier to understand by relating them to real business scenarios.
