I am an experienced and passionate Nutrition Coach and Educator, dedicated to teaching practical nutrition while managing diet-related and chronic health conditions. With a strong background in Nutrition and Dietetics and also a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, I help students and clients understand nutrition in a simple, relatable, and evidence-based way.
My teaching approach focuses on nutrition education, disease management, and lifestyle improvement. I support learners in areas such as weight management, diabetes, hypertension, pediatric nutrition, meal planning, and general wellness.
