About Rohit
I am certified instructor of Yoga following Yogacharya BK Iyengar methods.
My goal is to help you stay fit physically and mentally both. Since we have different levels of stress in life, practicing Yoga have really helped me in my journey and surely can help you as well.
This style of yoga focus on precise body alignment and the sequences in which asanas are practised. You hold postures for longer so that your muscles relax and lengthen, while your awareness is raised

I have been doing Yoga more than 10+ years now and have been taking classes online and offline as well. I prefer having live sessions face to face which helps to watch every detail of breathwork with asanas.
Sessions involve physical exercise (asanas) followed by breathwork which will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
And after 2 weeks, will do session on Yoga Nidra which is deep relaxation and meditation.
