About Forreste
I am a studying Art Therapist and Reiki Master in West End. My background as an artist and healer has allowed me to create a therapeutic session that accesses the inner world, whilst also learning therapeutic art techniques. I have facilitated one on one healing sessions for more than two years, and workshops such as 'Step into your self' and 'Sunflower Circles' which both offer connection, creativity and community.
