My teaching methods is working towards the (Child, Children's and students) learning goals.
For Example.
"If a student wants to get better at subtraction and addition" that would be my main focus working on with them.
Every lesson that I do with your (Child, children or students) I don't want them to feel overwhelmed, anxious or scared. So I do not mark children's work, point out mistakes or do reports. I will provide examples so they can work towards understanding that area of work.
At parents request I can make a report outlining what me and your (Child) are working on, needs to improve on etc.
